As an AAOS Registry Program participating site, you have access to a variety of promotional resources – included in your participation fee.
Please connect with us on the AAOS social media platforms. This is a great way to stay up to date with our latest news and events. AAOS manages Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts to inform the public about the science of orthopaedics.
AAOS Registry Program User Group Network
Join a network of other participating sites like you! The AAOS Registry Program User Group Network (Unet) provides the opportunity for sharing information, comparing lessons learned and best practices, and other topics relevant to users.
Communication Materials and Presentations
Utilize our team for assistance in promoting your participation with the Registry Program. Not only can we support you with the above items, but we can provide AAOS spokespeople, assist you with writing an article/blog, or provide data for a story you may be writing. The AAOS Registry staff can provide you with Annual Report figure slide decks and other materials about the Registry Program for internal promotions or external presentations and conferences. We are happy to help you! Please contact the AAOS Registry program at RegistryInfo@aaos.org.
Patient-Facing Materials About Clinical Data Registries
We publish patient-facing reports that you can share with your patients or link to on your website. Patients can read the report for information on the importance of registries and the significance of completing patient-reported outcome surveys. Visit AAOS’ OrthoInfo.org website here for an overview of clinical data registries for patients and here for links to relevant blog posts and the AAOS Patient-Facing Registry Report.
Patient-Facing Participation Statement
The AAOS Registry Program Public Advisory Board (PAB) is made of members of the public and patients. The mission of the PAB is to enhance the value of the AAOS Registry Program by ensuring a public voice in the program's data collection, reporting, and utilization activities. The PAB created verbiage that you may use to promote your site’s participation in the AAOS Registry Program. We encourage sites to use this information in any print materials, such as newsletters and handouts, or electronically, in website or email content. Access the statements for participation in the AAOS Registry Program or a specific Registry in the Tools & Resources section of the RegistryInsights platform.
